Happy happy birthday my hubby!

Wow.  It's 3am Philippine time and found myself reminiscing the past and looking over old pictures of me and hubby since it's his 33rd bday today.  How time flies so fast.  I remembered we started to become lovers and then friends. hihi.  That was December 2006 if I'm not mistaken.  I was so kilig back then thinking that someone from afar has thought about me. Since then,  despite the trials,  and issues,  I still thank God I have you.  I know we have lots of misunderstandings and I know that we'll gonna have more of it if we intend to last forever but I'm always praying and hoping for our family to stick together till the end.  Sorry for those times I make you feel agitated, worried, angry with my actions. Those are not really intentional.  Am just expressing myself.  Thank you for understanding and reprimanding me at the same time. hehe. I know I can never find another lover whose better than you,  whose precious than you. Maybe there were times that we're sooo frustrated with each other that negative thoughts may linger but I hope that at the end of the day,  God's will will prevail and that is for us to continue loving each other despite our differences. Thank u for everything pang. I will ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL THAT GOD GAVE ME YOU. I HOPE U DO FEEL THE SAME WAY FOR ME. We're really not that expressive with our feelings but I hope the bond we shared especially on your vacation dri sa balay marks memories of u and me and our baby. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND WE LOVE U SOOO MUCH!

Introducing a New Self :-)

Thanks to Metro Joe for inspiring me to tap again this blogger account of mine. By the way, stumbled upon your blog while searching for BPI mutual funds. Congrats on your blog and hope you can update often.heheh

As of this time, am being pissed off with smart bro's internet connection. Imagine the whole day yesterday, all pages I tried to open keeps on downloading forever.

What pissed me off more was that I really can't open even a single file from gmail. So frustrating. That's why I opted to open notepad and start opening up again to the world through this blog.

Anyway, I am Hazel, 27, an ordinary citizen from a province in Northern Mindanao, a wife to a loving husband, and a mother to my one and only 3 year old Niña Razelle.

I am a lupus patient specifically SLE, just diagnosed last August 2013, in case someone with same case stumbles on this blog. Hope to meet a fellow someday whom I can talk to about this condition of mine. Will have separate post for this soon. For now, I'm having my prescribed meds in a daily basis containing Plaquenil (1s a day), Prednisone (15 mg dosage), and a daily dose of Caltrate and Iberet Folic to fight against the adverse effects usually caused by the other 2 meds.

Here is what my AM meds like, taken every after breakfast:

Plaquenil, Pred 10, Iberet Folic

And here is my PM meds, taken right after dinner:

 Pred 5, Caltrate

I used to take plaquenil for twice a day and 20 mg dosage for prednisone but thank God, doc reduced it just last month.

As for my hobbies and lifestyle, I just go around my daily sched at home babysitting my 3 year old baby and facebooking from time to time,lol! My hubby just preferred for me to stay at home to personally look over our baby because of my condition and because, he's also working abroad so might as well grab the opportunity to be with our baby while recovering from my so-called lupus.

New Addiction: My Binondo Girl

It's been soo long since I've updated this small space of mine in the cyber world. Hmmm..much has happened but I guess I won't elaborate more except that my hubby has again worked already so my baby and I are more alone since last June but we're coping up. We're missing him but it's life and acceptance is the key to avoid too much drama and emoteness.

As with my career, I guess I also have to accept that I'm now a full-time mom and the work outside home should wait. I'm still planning and consulting my hubby on what step to take next.

I just want to share that I've been busy with My Binondo Girl lately starring Kim Chiu, Xian Lim, Jolo Revilla, and Matteo Guidicelli. Ni Hao mga Kapamilya! :D

updates..just about anything..Royal Wedding..

I really envy those people who really take time to blog. Writing can be fun but can really be draining sometimes especially when you're not used to it, like me. Just thought of updating this one because I miss this blog and I just feel like it. Got the time because my li'l one is already asleep, thank goodness. :) So far, my life as a full-time mom is enjoyable and rewarding. Indeed, a li'l smile from your li'l one can really make up all your problems and negative thoughts. Seeing Niña's smile can really make my day. Especially now that she's in her 7 months, I'm so proud that she can already do "commando crawl"..hehe..here's a pic of my pretty baby..

I'm so proud of her. Motherhood is not that hard at all as described by many. Though you still got a handful of things to learn, your instinct will always be beside you. I'm just so thankful that I have great parents-in-law, a loving husband, and a great family of course.

Hmm..let's save all that motherly posts soon.

Talking about the Royal Wedding, I just want to share how I admired Kate Middleton's beauty so much. Honestly, I just knew about her last month, few days before their wedding. So poor of me. I'm not as hyped about the royal wedding as the others but still, felt excited about it since it's just this time around that I get to appreciate and understand things about the Royal Family. :) I can't agree more to the news that says Kate has been listed as one of the Best Dressed Women nowadays because indeed, she is. Another thing I admire about her is her love for sports and being so confident which makes her really deserving to be a princess. I just hope that Prince William and Princess Katherine will stay in love the way they are right now. :) Long live the newlyweds!

Let's All Say a Prayer for Japan

As I was busy yesterday applying for a TIN number for an account in LBP, I did not know that's something awful has been happening in our neighboring country, Japan. After arriving at home, my mom-in-law told me about the earthquake/tsunami that happened in Japan just 2 hours after I arrived home. Pictures of the tragedy where flashed on tv and you really can't believe that such disaster can happen. Cars and houses were like toys washed away by floods. Here is a pic I got from buzzfeed.com:

Aftershocks are still felt by Japan after the 8.9 magnitude quake. Neighboring countries in the Pacific were also sent warning regarding the tsunami that would probably hit the coastal areas. Good thing Philippines was spared. Thank you Lord.

While Japan and all the other countries are busy rescuing and planning on the restoration of the damaged places, another bad news broke. Because of the quake, nuclear plants at Fukushima got leaks which resulted to explosion.

Please let's all continue to pray for Japan and to the rest of the world. God be with us.
